Salary Range: £28,000 to £45,000 GBP per annum
Job Description: As a UX/UI Designer at Irish Software Technologys Ltd., you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our software products and applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and design solutions that enhance user experience. This role offers an opportunity to influence product design, contribute to usability testing, and shape the overall user interface strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies.
