Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for technical inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and technical capabilities.
- Advocate for client needs and requirements within the organization.
- Monitor and analyze client usage and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to clients on service usage, performance, and improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical account management and customer success.
