Technical Support Engineer

Salary Range: £28,000 to £45,000 GBP per annum

  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure system reliability.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user guides as needed.
  • Stay updated with product updates, technical documentation, and industry trends.
